the startup problem!

Hi, there...

0xC0000005 Error Message Occurs every time when start up
window 20000 professional. This problem occurs after
window 2000 pro updated the service pack 4. Once you all
know how to fix me, pls kindly advise me. Thanks in
advance!

Not enough information. Just what shows up in the Blue Screen, esp.
the name of the Stop Error or the system or system file that is
involved.
