I am using win 2000 on a dual processor 999 cpu with a gig
of ram and when i am encoding a file using Cleaner XL
(during the encoding process)I hear a periodic ding some
times and sometimes more periodically.

I called Cleaner XL support and they said it wasn't
something they wrote into the software it is probably the
operating system notifing you of something.

Can you help

Thanks in advance,

Jim

You see the little speaker in the lower right corner? Click it and put a check in mute, and
then try it again. If no sounds, it is coming from the Media. If it still beeps
occasionally, it's your system speaker in the case. That'll get you started.
