OS: Windows XP Professinal Service Pack 1A

error message of MMC when i try to access either one of the administrative task by using a domain account which is add to the local administrators group. and local administrator account is working find. only this account is restricted by the policy. as for the Local Group Policy setting, i removed it.

snap-in name(eg Disk Defragment)

i can't go to command prompt either. "run" command is missing from the menu. The user interface for that account is like a basic user account, though i already add it into the administrators group.

please help!been troubleshoot for 2 days.
I only can find the solution for the Windows 2000 in the microsoft, and the registry key not found in XP.
