The 'Select' query sometime does not return all the records with .

The select query sometime does not return all the records with in clause
for ex. select * from modelmaster where model in ('a','b','c')
will sometimes return partial recordset. (most frequent with complex query)
why?

but every time i post a quest it show service is unavailable,
