The Security System detected an attempted downgrade attack for server XXX

Hi

I am getting an event in the System Event Log, Event ID: 40960, remaining details of the event are below

I have an XP windows client connected to a Windows2000 server. I appear to be getting these random events. A restart will resolve the issue but it still persists

Any idea
