the same missing file message even after repair

after a clean install i get this mesages and windows cant start:
window could not start because the following file is missing or
corrupted:windows\system32\config\system...

i do the repair (copy system file form repair folder ...) but again it
repeated after the restart i did repair again but it repeats after the
restart or after a few restarts

windows is on partition d:
there are individual folders on c:
harddisk is clean no bad sector
what may be the problem?
 
i changed the ram and it is working now i tested the old ram and after a few
restart it repeated the problem i put the new ram again i restarted
approximately 50-60 times in 2 days
but i am still not sure
if it is really about ram
how can it cause such a problem?
