Hi
My hard drive is 120gb with 30gb of that partitioned and the 30gb listed as
c drive is getting full.
What is the right way to use this type of drive? the unused part of the
drive about 90gb of the space is called d drive

Why even bother to partition it in the first place , just
use the whole 120 on your c drive next time around ... If
you want to keep data or other stuff on a different
drive , then if i was you just install another hard
drive ... Hard drive do break down quicker when you are
using then to partition one hard drive into many drives,
its safer just to install another hard drive , have 2 or
3 hard drive ... I myself have 3 hard drives, one for
windows , one for data and the other one for music and
movies

Sorry, but that's simply nonsense. It makes no difference at all.

Ken .. do your homework , if its an ide hard drive , yes
it does , if its an scsi then it doesn't
