the remote website files are not refreshing

when i go to publish a site, the files that are listed on
the remote website panel are not correct.....

I had deleted these files and wanted to republish, but
they are still there. I deleted from the server and know
they are gone, but cannot get the frontpage to release
these files.

In Windows Explorer Find and delete all hidden *.web files
Usually in %USERPROFILE%\Application Data\Microsoft\Web Server Extensions\Cache
Then reopen the FP Site and see if they are refreshed
