The procedure entry point remote assistance error

When I click right click on the My Comp properties, I get
error as :

The procedure entry point remote assistance prepare
system restore could not be located in the dll WINSTA.dll



my Email id is (e-mail address removed)
 
Entry Point Not Found:
The procedure entry point RemoteAssistancePrepareSystemRestore could not be
located in the Dynamic Link Library winsta.dll
Do a search for the sr.inf file which is normally located in C:\windows. Make
sure you search hidden files in your search criteria.
Right-click on the sr.inf file and select the install option.
