The Outlook icon is missing from my home page- How can I get it b

I just upgraded my PC, as directed by Windows Live care.
BUT THE ICON DISAPPEARED FROM MY HOMEPAGE-
HOW CAN I GET IT BACK?
I have to escape all programs now, when I want to check my
e-mails, and it is a hassle.

You're not making much sense here. Where are you looking at and why exactly
do you have to "escape all programs"?
 
Try going to start-programs-Outlook, then right click on Outlook and "Send
to" -Desktop (create shortcut)
