"The operation failed. An Object could not be found."

What does this mean? That Outlook 2003 can't be used on my home computer.
When I send test settings, it checks out ok. I've followed all the steps to
set up, (multiple times), the settings are the same as Outlook Express, but I
get the above message when I try to use Outlook 2003 for "real". I am
connecting to Earthlink, and nothing their support people suggested worked,
either.

Ideas?
