Find where it is trying to open a startup form. It will either be in an
autoexec macro, or listed as the startup form in Tools >>> Startup

Hold down the SHIFT key while the database is opening. Access has two ways to
choose which form to open when the database starts up: first look in the
Macros tab to see if there is a macro named "Autoexec".

If there isn't, select Tools... Startup from the menu. On the page that will
come up you'll see a dropdown box with the name of a Form. My guess is that
you have a Startup form, and that there is something wrong with it. Without
more information it's impossible to guess what that might be.
