How do I regain the Norton Anti-virus add-on to Microsoft Outlook?
Somehow
it disappeared.

Good riddance - it causes all kinds of problems with multiple messages being
sent and received.

If you really want it back, go to Tools->options->other->advanced and under
either Add-in Manager or COM Add-ins, recheck the option for the Norton
(possibly SAV) add-in.
