The "Manage" option has disappeared from the context menu when I right-click on "My Computer"

The "Manage" option has disappeared from the context menu when I right-click
on "My Computer"

It still does exist & is functional from within Settings -> Control panel ->
Admin tools.

Any idea how I get it back into the My-Computer context menu?

Note that on this system the registry key:
"NoManageMyComputerVerb" in
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer
does not exist. The system is running WinXP Pro with SP2.

Thanks for the reply. I didn't find "NoManageMyComputerVerb" anywhere in my
registry including Local Machine. I tried the "line 284" fix and saw no
improvement. But the line 285 fix did cure the problem. Thanks for the lead!

Have you checked Local Machine? Either way, run the edit on line 284:
