The Machine Debug Manager Service

When I click the start under the debug menu, I get a error saying "Error
while trying to run project: Unable to start debugging. The Machine Debug
Manager service is diabled.
 
Open the Services MMC snap-in in the Administrative Tools menu, locate the
Machine Debugger Manager service, and start it by right.clicking the service
and selecting Start.
