I have a database created in Acc2003 and I used the Splitter Wizard to
separate the tables from the code.
Since this application will be at a customer that has different path than
mine, I use the Relink function to automatically restore the connection
between the tables and the application.
When I do so I get an error message "No installable Isam found" and the Link
table manager Wizard is empty.
If the Tables file is in place it works and the link is consistent but if I
have to look for the tables I get the error message
I have upgraded to Office 2003 SP1 and tried installing SP8 to the Jet4 I
get the message that my version is more recent.
On this computer I have Acc97 installed prior to 2003. In 97 the Wizard is
working fine.

This article should probably help:

BUG: List of currently linked tables may not appear in
Linked Table Manager Wizard in a database in Access 2003:

http://support.microsoft.com/?id=835519

And from a post by someone at Microsoft:I have seen this issue when re-registering Accwiz.dll does not work you will
need to manually change the below registry key and make sure it's pointing
to the correct file

C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\OFFICE11\ACCWIZ.DLL

HKey_Classes_Root\TypeLib\{5B87B6F0-17C8-11D0-AD41-00A0C90DC8D9}\8.0\0\win32
\(Default)

I hope this helps! If you have additional questions on this topic, please
respond back to this posting.
