The error is appearing sometimes few minutes after booting Win2K, and now I
start having it when I do right click on a file that has a long name. The
error message is:

The instruction at "0x77d6c940" referenced memory at "0xa4c2cdf4". The
memory could
not be "read".

I downloaded the SP4 and hotfixes but still does not solve my problem

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated
