the "&" in buttons

Hi,
As long as I remember, when you put a "&" It would underline the next letter
on the button and the alt+key would activate the button. But when I put an
"&", It appears on the button with the &.
What's wrong?

In current Excel, use the property called Accelerator.

The letter that you put into the command button's
Accelerator property will be the keyboard shortcut key.
