Thats the same sort of bet I put on but I do £1 ew . Time to dust of me lucky pin again .

:D

I am thinking of

Point Barrow to WIN at 20/1

Homer Wells Place win at 50/1

what about you lot?

There is only one winner it wins every year [A NOSE]

And the bookie

Re: GRAND NATIONAL VITAL STATS:

Don't pick anything 13 or older / 7 or younger.

Must have won over at least 3 miles

Carrying 11st or less is a big positive (IN FINDING A WINNER), don't forget placed horses can carry up to 11st 6lb.

Other negatives include wearing of headgear, out and out sloggers, french breeds, hold up horses, off the track for longer than 6 weeks, a winner at Cheltenham festival and failure to win a class A handicap or chase.

Positives include being laid out for this race, aged 10,11,12,prominent racers ran in Hennessey gold cup, trained in Ireland or by N T Davies or ridden by Walsh Geraghty, Dobbin or Carberry. Also sired by Roselier. This should make finding the winner easy. Good luck and send me my share by cheque if we win

I think I shall buy a lucky dip lotto ticket :)

And with the money I've saved have a couple of pints of Guinness whilst viewing the Canada Tower at Canary Wharf ;)

I'm only doing it this year as i'm off to visit friends on the day & my friends horses always seem to fall at either the 1st, 2nd or 3rd fence, i dont think any of his bets have ever finished!!!

I hardly ever bet, but I'm tempted to have a little £5 flutter tomorrow :) We went to the races once, I had the racing post out and went for the scientific/statistical method... Becky looked at the colours and the names. I came back with less, she came back with more!

I once won £56 on a 50p each way bet on the national.
Got 1st, 2nd & 4th.
But i mainly choose by the horses name or the advice in the newspaper that day!;)

I'm all over it, but then again, I do have business within the betting industry, the tips are endless.

I've got around £50 resting on a few different outcomes tomorrow.

Just got a £25 free bet, and placed it on a random selection

Mckelvey

To Place:

Comply Or Die
Mr Pointment
Philson Run
LAmi
Naunton Brook
Contraband

How did you get a free £25 bet?

Here's a link to the banner I clicked - as far as I can tell, I deposit and bet £25 and then they credit £25 back to my account the next day (which I can withdraw). I'd read the T&C's though to double check this though :thumb: I've seen a few other free bets from other places too.

Had the winner Comply or Die!!!!!
Won a massive amount of money!:D
Off to the bookies shortly to collect the £££££££

Well done feckit :D

Spent the £25 free bet, won £8 - so technically up, but glad it was a freebie

How much is a massive amount?! Gj!!

I for one didn't bet, not a betting man at this time of my life :P

Hope your supplying the straws then!

Profit after my massive 50p each way bet on 6 horses was £1.25p.

£7.25 in total.:D
Not bad for my once a year bet, i've beaten the bookies at their own game!:p

First second and third home for me . An me mum got the fourth one home . Took me mum out for sunday lunch with me winnings . Whilst I was putting the bet on I had a side bet on the first at Newcastle
£1 ew on a horse called Exit Smiling , it won at 8/1 . Guess it was just my lucky day .
