"The form you selected could not be displayed"

Hi

I have OL2003/WinXP/Exchange2003

I have a custom form ("Estimate Form") based on IPM.Post that I have
published to a new folder in my Mailbox. The form has a custom action
("Update") that opens a new form ("Estimate Update"), which is a slightly
modified copy of the Estimate Form.

I also have created the same custom action ("Update") on the Estimate Update
form. I want it to open a new Estimate Update form. However, although
selecting update from the original Estimate Form opens an Update Form as
intended, trying to select Update from within an Estimate Update form just
produces a dialog box showing the following message:

"The form you selected could not be displayed."

Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?

OK I tried publishing the form to Personal Forms Library instead of the
mailbox folder and it worked.
