The font size in some of my outgoing messages has beeen changing

The font size in some of my outgoing messages has beeen changing in Outlook.
When sending a message the font size only changes at the receipient's end.
For example, one line text is at a font size of 10 and the rest is at 12.
How do I resolve this?
