the folder (my domain) is no longer available... help!

I use FP to edit directly on the server. Recently, I
changed hosting companies and I have used FP to edit
directly to the site. However, yesterday I tried to go
into the site to edit and couldn't even get to the pop up
that asks for a password.

I open front page, then I click on my domain (which is
already located in web folders). In the past, it opens to
the network authentication box (where you enter your
passwords) and opens FP from there.

This time, when I click on my domain... or even if I don't
click on it and I type it in manually... I receive the
error "the folder http://www.mydomain.com is no longer
available"

I contacted my hosting company and they assure me that they
can access through FP just fine and that it's not an issue
with the server. I have accessed my site this way
before... since I changed hosting companies so I know that
FP extensions were properly installed (at least originally)

My hosting company always directs me to do the same things
I have been doing, but none of my attempts have been
successful. Any other advice?

Incidentally, I did have the W32/pate.b virus on my
computer, but it has been scanned and removed. Plus, I
think it was there when I previously accessed my site
through FP so I don't know if that's relevant.

Thanks for any help you can offer.

Try deleting all your .web files. That is, do a search
for .web files within C:\Documents and Settings, and then
delete them all.

Following a password or other security change, FrontPage
will sometimes get hung up trying to use old credentials.
Deleting the .web file cures it of that.
