When i am typing anything in word, i find that when i start a new line the
first letter on each line keeps changing to a capital, does anyone know how
to stop it from doing this.

Greg has told you how to stop Word from capitalizing sentences
automatically. However, your base problem is pressing the Enter key at the
end of each line (making Word think you are starting a new paragraph). Learn
to set your margins and indents and let Word move you to the next line as
you type.
