the display rotates 180 degrees

We have a user that went into the accessibility wizard and
lowered her screen resolution. The result is a display
that has rotated 180 degrees. What must be done to
restore the screen back to its original position? The
system is a Compaq d530 with Windows XP Professional and a
HP 1502 flat screen monitor.

Right click on the desktop and select Properties. In the Settings Tab,
click on Advanced.

Click on the link for your graphics card's softrware..... perhaps something
like GeForce xxxx

A box should popup at the side... click on NVRotate.... you can rotate the
display here.
