No, nothing wrong with Excel, just a different setting in the Windows
Regional Settings.

Go to the Control Panel, Select Regional Settings, choose the Number
Tab and look at the list seperator.

I mean the difference in formula in two accounts.
When I log in user A it has a struture: RANK(number; ref ; [order]). But
when I When I log in user B, I use my excel to do function RANK, it has a
struture: RANK(number, ref , [order]).
I do the same example with the Rank function for two accounts, and the
result of caculation in Account B is OK but account A is error.
How can I adjust ";" to "," in the formula (it is not the problem of the
difference in Regional Setting\Number tab).
Help me . Thank you
