the data file dose not closed properly

when i open outlook i get the massege of "the data file dose not close
properly" and it tooks few seconeds to open after checking for trouble
 
It's a common problem but is more time consuming than harmful. Make sure
nothing is keeping outlook open when you close it or shut down - like Active
sync or another program that uses outlook data.
