The Daily Blue Screen of Death

A couple of times a day I am getting the blue screen of death. I took a
photo of the screen that describes the error...

You can see that there is a problem with 'usbcamd2.sys'. I think this is a
USB driver, but what's with the error?

After restarting, the computer runs through a check disk of a secondary hard
drive with these results:

Please note the 'MyTunes' error. I checked the Microsoft link, but it was
dead.
Is there a connection between the USB error and this one?

When the Blue Screen appears there will Stop Code on it in the form of:

0x000000d1 (0x00000000, ...)

for example. Could you please post the 'number' before the brackets.
