The "Command Prompt" scroll slowly

Dear ALL,
My "Command Prompt" scroll slowly, but the others GUI applications
run smoothly.
Could someone tell me what is the problem? and how can I solve
this problem?

What do you mean by "scroll slowly"?

What action are you doing e.g. DIR for a directory listing? (or what?) that
(makes) this problem occur?
