THE BOTTOM OF MY BORDER NEVER PRINTS,WHY?(WORD 2000)

WHEN I TRY TO INSERT A BORDER AROUND A PAGE IN WORD 2000 THE BOTTOM IS NOT
PRINTED, ENYONE KNOW WHAT I SHOULD ADJUST? I SEEM TO HAVE TRIED MOST THINGS!
