I cannot read my emails or move the messages to another folder. The email
shows up as received but the body of the message is blank. Anyone know the
fix to this problem? I am using Outlook email.

Thanks

While it may not apply, try this: Open a command line window and enter
REGSVR32 INETCOMM.DLL

So where do I open a command line to enter the command you listed above? Is
this action going to stop the body from disappearing? I appreciate any help
you can offer, because these are important business emails that are showing
up blank. Thanks!

I just remembered that they are not actually blank. They will have a
hyperlink to a webpage, or an email address link that might have been
referenced in the original email. These links are spread out down the page.
Strange!
