What would be the best program for creating half-proffesional www pages (for
begginer)?

A spiel chukker!

When YOUR spoken or written Polish is as good as HIS English, you might
have some justification for your comment. Meanwhile, it just shows you up
as an intolerant, pig-ignorant prick!

For wyswyg editor, I would recommend TSW webcoder
http://www.tsware.net/

and for html editor, MAX html beauty
http://www.htmlbeauty.com/

Later if you need something between the two, with easy access to html code,
but with limited wyswyg capabilities, there is Trellian webpage, which is
ideal for editing text on a webpage without searching for it in the html
code, though it's wyswyg possibilities are pretty mich limited to text
editing.

So, what is a spiel chukker ? in my dictionnary, chukker isn't listed.
there is "chuk" , chucker-out, but only with 1 "k", not 2 k.

"spiel" is patter, talk nonsens

So if you need to speak english and can't else (i can speak french
and german, and a bit polish) speak normal

I use Netscape Composer to create my web sites - it comes with the
free Netscape package that includes the web browser. But you can use
the netscape composer and still use Internet Explorer as your browser
if you want to.

Mozilla Composer, Netscape Composer, NVu: All of them should serve you
well. I also strongly recommend tossing any code that these generate
onto a good text editor such as PSPad.

These editors will help format your code for eas(ier) reading and often
include decent html-code checking.
