the address list couldn't be displayed when selecting a bus. conta

it's pretty long to explain so i will try my best....

everytime i want to send an email and clicking the 'To' icoin the following
shows up first and then i click ok and the 'select names' window comes up,
the i choose from the 'show names from the:' subwindow, i see two of each of
the following [accounts, business contacts and contacts], then i choose the
other of the business contacts and all my business contacts come up and i am
able to select emails. but i want to get rid of this problem, i just do not
know how to delete the [accounts, business contacts] lists that are empty.
please help


POP UP MG comes out : "The contacts folder associated with this address list
could not be opened; it may have been moved or deleted, or you do not have
permissions. for info on how to remove this folder from Outlook adrees book,
see micro office help."



ps- i have tried everything, i even uninstalled the entire software and then
reinstall it all over again and the problem was still there.

If you have Contacts in the Contacts folder but they are not accessible when
you click on the To button, check these settings:

Make sure the Contact folder is enabled as an email address book. Right
click the Contacts folder, choose Properties then Outlook Address Book. Is
the box to enable as email address book is checked?

If this is grayed out...

Go to Tools | Email Accounts, choose View or change existing directories or
address book. Is the Outlook Address Book present? If it isn't listed, add
it and close and restart Outlook. If it is listed, then remove it and close
then restart Outlook and repeat these steps to add it.
