Change the sort of your existing query to descending. Click in the area of
your query where the tables are. A Properties dialog will appear. Set the
Top property of the query to Top 3. Create a new query with the same fields
based on the first query. Set the sort to ascending. You don't need the Top
3 property in this query. Base your form or report on the second query.
