Tftpd32 somehow started running on my computer? Is this a hacker who is getting into my pc?

Why is Tftpd32 showing up on my computer in the systray? I did not
download the file. I windows Xp conntected to a cable modem. Is it
possible some stranger/hacker is using this program to listen to my
computer? I ask b/c when I click on the systray icon it says
listening on port 69? Thanks Phil
 
Download the cleaner for MSBLASTER and check your machine. TFTP does come
with XP, but if you didn't start it up, the virus might have.
