textbox scrolling problem

The problem I am having is the text in my text box is disappearing and also appearing to replicate the last line of text. This is happening when I scroll the text up/down. If I move off of the scroll bar and into the text area, then it displays properly again. Any ideas?

fixed it.....after rebuilding the form control by control. There were 2 controls using dlookup. These controls were causing the strange refresh problem. I populated them with a recordset instead.
