Text Wrapping

Some cells wrap but other don't in the same column even though the text wrap option is ticked

I've had this happen to me, usually when re-hashing an
existing sheet where the row height has been set
previously.

Press Crtl A to select whole sheet and using the mouse
double click row number separating line on left of screen.
