text wrap is not stable

Hi all,

the text wrap feature seems not stable, if I change a row's height( default
is 12.75) to for example 13.50, then the text wrap does not work. Could you
tell me why and how to fix it if what I say is true.

Hi
I don't see a problem. What do you mean by "does not work"? Turns off
when you check the cell property after changing the height? I'm using
Excel 2003.
