Text Wrap in Code View?

How do I set the column number at which code will wrap to a new line? I've
exhausted the "help menu" searching.
 
I found a suitable answer - but not what I was looking for - I'd rather set
the specific column number when to wrap - but this works.
 
and what is "the answer"? so others who have the same query don't have to ask
50,000 times?
