TEXT TO COLUMNS

IT WOULD BE GREAT TO HAVE THIS EXCEL FEATURE IN WORD. IF YOU HAVE DATA
"MAR06-MAY06 AND YOU WANT TO SEPARATE INTO TWO COLUMNS (WHICH EXCEL WON'T
DO), YOU COULD GET MAR06 MAY06 (EXCEL DOES THIS 6-MAR 6-MAY).
 
Confusing question. I guess you mean that it would be great to have it
in Word?
Actually, it IS possible in Word as well as in Excel. But in Word it's
elaborative and requires some Find/Replace actions and convert text to
columns (complexity depends on actual syntax of the data). If you need
more detailed guidance, pls post back some more details.
