Text to Columns

I have a list of the Fortune 1000 companies in one cell.
Is there a way to convert this information into columns
with:

looking at your data this is not completely possible. e.g.
- city names consisting of more than one word
- comas in the company name

So you'll have to do at least some things manually. as a starting point
I would try to use multiple 'Data - text to columns' processes (e.g.
first using the coma as delimiter and afterwards the space character)
