Text to Audio with HTML file

Folks:



Is there a way to use Windows speech recognition capabilities to listen the
text content of an HTML file in the Microsoft IE browser ?

I know this can be done with PDF & DOC files. Just wondering how to do the
same thing with HTML files ?
