I'm sure this is probably very easy! but I can't find any way to increase
the size of an email in the viewing panel of Outlook, is there a way to do
this and possibly to add a button to the toolbar to enable easy resizing of
text?

Open the message, click on Other Actions in the Actions section, and choose
Zoom right down at the bottom....

Is there a way to make the Zoom setting permanent for all incoming emails?

Thanks Gordon - and for MAB, although I cannot find a way to increase the
text size permanently, if you use Gordons advice, but right click on the
Zoom button it gives you the option to add to the quick access toolbar!! a
very useful amenity!!!

I do have Zoom in my quick access toolbar, but I still have to type in 125%
every time. I was hoping to be able to change the default.
