text size keeps changing

Is there a setting somewhere in Outlook 2000 that stabilizes the text/font
size of incoming emails? They show up either too small or too large, with
no real pattern.

too large, with no real pattern.

If your senders are using HTML formatting for their messages, they control
the text size.
