text size becomes very small size when replying to email

I am using Office 2003. I can read an email just fine and I have my text size
set at 12 point font but when I reply or forward an email, the text is so
small it can not be read. I have enlarge the font to 24 points in order to
read it (At 24 points it looks like a 10 point font.) This only happens under
my user name.
Troubleshooting I have done so far:
deleted normal.dot
I have deleted my outlook profile and recreated it.
Had another user log in and set up a profile under his name it everything
works fine.
uninstalled and reinstalled office 2003
checked my font settings in tools-options and all looks OK.

In OL--Tools, options, mail format, fonts--change the settings there. Stop
using Word as editor and see if that corrects it. You can reset the fonts in
Word. Do this: In Word, on the Tools menu, click Options, and then click the
General tab.
Click E-mail Options, and then click the Personal Stationery tab. (Help has
more instructions.)
