Text size and color changes

When i open certain web sites the text is very large. Also
when i go into Norton Internet Security the opening window
has changed from black text on a yellow background to
black larger text on a gray background. Have done all the
normal checks i.e. font sizes, DPI set at 96. settings,
etc; etc; but to no avail. I uninstalled and reinstall NIS
twice, but still will not open and display properly. I
must add that everything works properly except for my
above commnets.
Any thoughts would be gratefully appreciated. Thank you.

Strange!
(Not being familiar with NIS) Perhaps it's blocking browser sniffing and
you're being sent to a prehistoric user agent's version?
But then again client info is sent in the http headers and I doubt NIS would
meddle with them.
