Text run around graphics

Sorry, I know I've seen the answer to this question a few
weeks ago, but I don't remember it.

I have inserted a picture into my web page but I can't
get the text to run around it... it just wants to go over
top of it or behind it. I have tried everything, all
combinations. I remember reading that if you insert a
graphic in a table that there is no way to get the text
to run around the graphic... something about the .css
file...

please be kind, I about design but when you start to get
into the programming side, I get lost, so when you start
talking about a .css file - please be specifice with
directions .

Drag the image on to your page right before the words "Let us help you get "
then select the image, right click, picture properties, appearance and set
alignment to Right
