text overrun to multirow, not wrap

in Excel 2002, change text overrun in a single cell to multiple rows without
wrapping
 
After you enter your string in one cell, you can select that cell

Edit|fill|justify

(make enough empty cells below!)
 
Frank's solution allowed multiple lines in the same cell.

The edit|Fill|justify actually used additional rows.
