Text jumping to other pages

I am not sure how this happened, but when I try to update text on my index
page, it shows up on other pages as well. I cannot figure out why or how to
stop it. Any ideas?

Shared Borders. You are enter text in a shared border area of your page, and it is being shared on
all page using that specific border.

Thank you. Where can I find Shared Borders and turn it off?

With the page open in FP, Format | Shared Borders, however this will impact your entire web site.
