text in a report

Hi,

I am creating a report which shows all of my applicants exam results.
The results are kept in a field called Exam Results and then the results are
listed eg French:B English:A Spanish:C

In my report it shows the persons name and then results like this:

Name Results
Claire French:B English:A Spanish:C
Dawn English:A History:D French:B

But I want my report to look like this:
Name Results
Claire French:B
English:A
Spanish:C

Dawn: English:A
History:D
French:B

Is there any way that i can get the text to automatically go on a new line
and not carry on?

Hi Claire

Use The sorting and grouping options.

Move the [Name] field to the top of the sorting and grouping option box
(select it from the dropdown). Ensure you select the group header = Yes.

In the report design.
Move the [Name] Field in the Name Group header.
Place the [ExamResuilts] field in the group detail section.

Hope this helps

Oh - if you want a count of results, etc select group footer in the sorting
and grouping box and then place the calcuation in an unbound box in the group
footer.
