text gone in add/remove programs area. can't highlight text in em

all i have are very tiny icons and no text in the add/remove programs area in
the control panel. all the programs that are installed are there with very
tiny icons but no text to tell which program is which????? very odd!!!
dell/AOL iz stumped!!
also maybe another problem same area??? ..... i can't highlight text in
aol emails to me or use edit commands from edit menu above??? very odd stuff
indeed!!! i updated norton anti-virus 2 weeks ago to NAV2005..... oil and
water????? yikes. dell seems to think all 3 are related..... go figure:]
any help will be gratefully appreciated!! aiko-aiko

regsvr32 appwiz.cpl
